DX11: 3DMark 11

3DMark 11 is the latest version of what is probably the most popular graphics card benchmark series. Designed to measure your PC’’s gaming performance, 3DMark 11 makes extensive use of all the new features in DirectX 11 including tessellation, compute shaders and multi-threading. Trusted by gamers worldwide to give accurate and unbiased results, 3DMark 11 is the best way to consistently and reliably test DirectX 11 under game-like loads. We test 3DMark 11 in performance mode which will give is a good indication of graphics card performance in the low, mid-range and high end graphics card segment.

NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2080 SUPER review
We review the GeForce RTX 2080 SUPER, NVIDIA has launched a new Super graphics cards, as in super-charged in a super range of what they deem super products. GeForce RTX 2080 Super is based on a Turin.

Nvidia GeForce GTX 1070 review

It looks like somebody couldn’t wait anymore until the lift of the embargo for the new GTX 1080, and released some details regarding its performance. The guys from Videocardz recently revealed/leaked some of the benchmark results of the new GeForce GTX 1080, specifically the benchmark results for 3DMark FireStrike, FireStrike Extreme, FireStrike Ultra and 3DMark 11 Performance, for both stock and overclocked speeds. See below.

NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 Benchmarks Revealed

These benchmarks are just synthetic benchmarks, but for those who are familiar with this benchmark tool, we can very much gauge the performance of the GeForce GTX 1080 and what to expect from it. Usually these synthetic benchmarks are the first ones to be leaked. Don’t expect real game benchmark results yet until reviews comes out.

Based on the leaked benchmark results of the GeForce GTX 1080, this is one fast and serious graphics card. It’s definitely faster than a TITAN X and significantly faster than the GTX 980 Ti. The AMD Radeon R9 Fury X is simply no match for the GTX 1080. Too bad the leaked benchmark results didn’t include a GTX 980 SLI, but most probably it is indeed faster than a GTX 980 SLI.

In addition, the latest GPU-Z 0.8.8 supports the latest NVIDIA Pascal graphics cards and as you can see from the GTX 1080 GPU-Z screenshot below; the card features 2560 unified shaders, 64 ROPs, 160 TMUs, 8GB GDDR5x memory, 256-bit bus width, 320 GBps bandwidth, 1607MHz base clock, 1734MHz boost clock, and 1251MHz memory clock speed.

Expect that GTX 1080 review will start pouring out probably by next week or the week after that.
